What people say

Experiences shared by people who have had sessions with Sean.

My Pantarei sessions with Sean have been a soft and supportive space for connecting with my emotions on a deeper level. Creating space to really feel what is happening in my body has been very meaningful for me. When I don't fully understand what I'm feeling or find myself stuck, I usually turn to non-verbal practices like dance, breathwork, or movement. Working with Sean offered something different, a gentle way to begin putting feelings I couldn't fully grasp into words. Through his thoughtful questions, what felt unclear started to take shape and expressing them was really relieving and liberating. I'm grateful for the way he creates a space of empathy and non-judgment, allowing a genuine sense of exploration to unfold. It felt like a space where I can truly be myself, where crying, laughing, and all feelings were welcome.

Sean holds space in a really special way, with a presence that's grounded and calming. I always feel safe to express and explore whatever comes up, and the way they check in for consent throughout a session makes it easy to trust the process. They have a real gift for deeply listening and asking thought provoking questions (not steering you anywhere, just gently opening up angles you hadn't considered so you can come to your own realizations). In my session, I was able to let some really intense emotions move through me, and it felt both safe and freeing. I can't recommend Sean's Pantarei bodywork enough.

I've had a couple of sessions with Sean, and each time the experience has been remarkable. He creates a space where it feels safe to open up, even when it's difficult. It's fascinating to notice how the body reflects emotions. His guidance, combined with contact to the body area involved, helps calm the nervous system and brings relief. Sean asks the right questions, truly listens, and his gentle, understanding tone makes each session feel both supportive and grounded. I can definitely say, that Sean's practice of the Panterai approach works, and his sessions are effective while remaining deeply respectful of your experience.
