I am a student of the Pantarei Approach, a bodywork practice developed here in Berlin. I am not yet a certified practitioner, and I am looking for people willing to experience sessions with me as I develop my skills.
Sessions are free.
If you are open to being part of that process, everything below is for you.
Pantarei Approach Bodywork · Berlin
You don't need to believe in this. You don't need to have the right words for what you're carrying, or know what you're looking for, or feel ready in any particular way.
You just need a spark of curiosity. That's enough to begin.
What is Pantarei?
The word comes from ancient Greek. It means everything flows.
That is the philosophy at the heart of this work. Life is in constant movement, and so are we.
Think about what happens when you travel somewhere genuinely unfamiliar. Not a holiday, but real displacement. Where nothing is automatic. Where the language requires effort. Where even small decisions require your full attention.
In that strangeness, something shifts. The brain comes off autopilot. You encounter yourself without the usual props. Problems you could not solve at home sometimes resolve themselves simply because you are seeing them from somewhere new.
Pantarei works the same way, but inward.
Through conversation and touch, a session creates a kind of interior displacement. The practitioner's presence, their words, the contact with the body: these act as a foreign element. Not to separate you from yourself, but to help you see yourself from somewhere you have not stood before.
The goal is reconnection. To find your way back to what you already know, through a door you have not yet tried.
It is not treatment. It is not therapy. It is not trying to fix or solve anything.
What it is, is a guided exploration of yourself, led entirely by you and facilitated by me. The intelligence is yours. The discoveries are yours. I am here to help you access what is already within you: the knowledge, the understanding, the capacity that you may not yet know you have.
We don't fully understand the science behind why this works. What we do know, through observation and direct experience, is that it does.
Pantarei sessions do not replace medical or psychiatric care. If you have concerns about whether this is appropriate for your situation, please speak with your doctor or therapist first.
What happens in a session
Not "tell me about your childhood," but an open space for you to share whatever you want me to know. What you choose to share, and what you don't, both tell us something. There is no right answer and no wrong starting point.
From there we move to a treatment table. You remain fully clothed throughout. This is not massage. The touch is a way of connecting to the part of the body where you are feeling whatever has come up in conversation, helping you locate in your body what you may only know so far in your mind.
If you don't know how you feel, that's fine. If you know how you feel but have no sense of where it lives in your body, that's also fine. We start wherever you are.
The whole session is built on overcommunication, encouragement, and the absence of judgment. Every feeling that arrives is welcome. Sadness, anxiety, confusion, numbness: nothing is asked to leave or to be smaller. We get to know what's there. We make a new relationship with it.
What many people find is that feelings which have been demanding attention begin to take up less space once they have been genuinely met. Not because they disappear, but because they no longer have to shout.
You might leave wanting to stretch, to move, to feel the space around you. You might want to lie quietly and integrate. Both are right. The session serves what you actually are.
What this is not
Who is it for?
Pantarei doesn't require a diagnosis, a crisis, or a particular kind of problem. Curiosity is the only entry requirement.
What people bring varies enormously. Some arrive feeling like the world is too much, overwhelmed, anxious, compressed into a smaller version of themselves. Some are navigating a transition: a relationship, a loss, a career, an identity. Some feel stuck in a pattern they can see clearly but can't seem to move. Some are simply drawn to understanding themselves better and have run out of road with words alone.
What they share is this: a sense that something in them knows more than they have been able to access. And just enough curiosity to find out what that is.
You don't need to arrive with a clear question. You don't need to know what you're looking for. You just need to be willing to be present with yourself for an hour and a half, and to let that be enough to begin.
About me
I am a student of the Pantarei Approach, trained in Berlin. I am not a licensed practitioner yet. What I am is someone who has experienced this work from the inside, who came to it skeptical, disconnected, and out of options, and found something real. I am learning to offer others what was offered to me.
A tattoo artist needs people willing to be tattooed. I need people willing to be present with me as I develop my craft. In return, I bring genuine care, full attention, and a deep respect for whatever you carry into the room.
Join me on this journey
I am looking for people in Berlin who are open to experiencing a Pantarei session as I continue my training. Sessions are free. I am also open to trades.
